Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate of all related purchase works of the company.
∎ Supervision & signing of all money requisition vouchers to be procure materials against store & factory requisition.
∎ Verify market rate time to time by visiting personally & compare with supplier quotations.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers for best price and produce to purchase committee for its review.
∎ Assist the purchase committee with facts, figures, best price offers and product specifications / brochure for the committee's decision.
∎ Participated in high power purchase committee's meetings
∎ Guide and supervise under staff in day to day functions.
∎ Regularly make reconciliation by checking cash book & ledger posting.
∎ Co-ordination with supervisor of production related materials with the consent of purchase committee.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

∎ Through knowledge in suppliers market
∎ Negotiation & interpersonal skills
∎ Strong coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities
∎ Works well individually or in a group setting
∎ Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
∎ Successfully present facts & figures of purchase to higher management.
