∎ 3+ years experience in procurement or buying roles, preferably in agriculture/commodities
∎ Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
∎ In-depth knowledge of agricultural commodities markets and supply dynamics
∎ Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
∎ Leadership and team management experience
∎ Strategic mindset with business acumen
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 45 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or relevant field
∎ 3+ years experience in procurement or buying roles, preferably in agriculture/commodities
