Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Master degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and various departments within the hospital.
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the hospital's image and visibility.
∎ Coordinate protocol matters for the BoD and visiting dignitaries, ensuring a seamless experience.
∎ Cultivate and maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and external partners.
∎ Organize and oversee PR events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
∎ Prepare and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR materials as needed.
∎ Monitor and manage the hospital's presence on social media platforms.
∎ Efficiently handle crisis communications and manage negative publicity situations.
∎ Analyze PR outcomes and prepare detailed reports for management assessment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Public Relations or a related field.
∎ Previous experience in healthcare PR or similar industries is advantageous.
∎ Demonstrated experience in protocol management will be highly valued.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal abilities with a knack for effective networking.
∎ Proficiency in PR tools, software, and social media platforms.
∎ Experience in protocol management and event coordination.
∎ Proven crisis management skills and adept problem-solving abilities.
