∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Co-ordinate with the Deputy Managing Director in conducting all day-to-day affairs of the office.
∎ Responsible for day-to-day file work at DMD's office with dignity & maintain proper confidentiality.
∎ Responsible for Inter Departmental Coordination with All units as directed by DMD.
∎ Prepare presentations and reports for DMD as directed time to time.
∎ Maintain appointment calendars - arrange, coordinate and prioritize complex scheduling and logistics.
∎ Provide telephone coverage - answer executive phones, take accurate messages, know executive's where about at all times, handle urgent calls with appropriate judgment.
∎ Arrange (including selection of date, time, and location) internal and external meetings (internal meetings typically require extensive coordination).
∎ Attend meeting with DMD, prepare meeting minutes and distribute the minutes to concerned dept.
∎ Liaison home and abroad official meetings and tours.
∎ Compose agendas and correspondence for special events, board meetings, committee meetings, Office Orders and development activities.
∎ Responsible & coordinate all Corporate Meeting.
∎ Fix up daily appointment, Communicate with Govt./ Private/ Business Agencies as directed by DMD.
∎ Any other job assigned by DMD.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must be from English medium background
∎ Excellent command in English speaking and writing
∎ Professional experience in Microsoft office and Social Media Platform
∎ IBA fresh graduates will get privilege with attractive package
