Job Context:
∎ Prescription Point Diagnostic & Health Care, is a diagnostic, consultation and health care established in the year 2006. Due to Pandemic situation, Prescription Point, Badda Branch resumes operation for home diagnostic service for our valuable patients. As a consequence, we are looking for "Diagnostic Consultant Personnel ". Service will be provided through Telephone/ Email/ Message and other Social Media.
∎ JOB LOCATION: Prescription Point Limited, Banani / Badda Branch.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information.
∎ Maintaining communication through Phone, Email.
∎ Gather patients' sample collection information.
∎ Infuse collected information into the existence database.
∎ Forward patients' information to the respective department.
∎ Telemedicine service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 year(s) experience from any reputed Hospital/Clinic/Diagnostic Center.
∎ Preference of experience in the following areas:
∎ Assistance to senior physicians, Telemedicine.
∎ Need to be fluent in English / Bengali with proper accent.
∎ Ability to handle the workload
∎ Excellent Team Player
