∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Phone call, Follow Up, Convincing capabilities, customer-facing skills
∎ Good Command in both written and spoken English.
∎ Provide proper counseling directly, over the phone, and virtual counseling.
∎ Maintain files and CRM records.
∎ Good Interpersonal & communication Skills.
∎ Managing phone calls and e-mails.
∎ Must have working knowledge with MS-Excel and MS-word
∎ Must be well organized, initiative, presentable, smart & mature personality

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)

∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
