Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for commissioning execution. The PTW Engineer is responsible for managing the proper application
∎ of the Permit to Work System on site according the instructions from the COMM. His role includes to organize
∎ and manage the filing system for the PTW documents and to organize the PTW equipment, to train the
∎ nominated people and to ensure the processes are correctly applied. He reports to the commissioning manager.
∎ KPI/CTQs
∎ Safe of the PTW process, incl. LOTO
∎ PTW documentation is complete
∎ Safe PTW clearance and cancellation process
∎ Key roles
∎ Ensures that the site-specific Permit to Work Procedure and safety guidelines satisfy the local rules and regulations
∎ Organize and manage the filing system for the PTW documents and to organize the PTWequipment
∎ Train the nominated people
∎ Ensure the PTW issuing and cancelling process are correctly applies
∎ Ensure the Access Permit issuing and cancelling process are correctly applies
∎ In case of a PTW audit, he assists the Auditor in reviewing the compliance with the PTWprocedure and
∎ implements identified corrective actions, within the timescale agreed with the auditor
∎ Ensure the coordination with the customer PTW system, if applicable
∎ Organize regular PTW meeting with Partner and Customer.
∎ Maintain TSRT PTW section updated.
∎ Achieve high customer satisfaction (NPS).
∎ Report to method/EHS group in HQ any issue or defect in the application of PTWprocedure.
∎ Support no harm policy on-site and respect GE EHS plan.
