∎ Graduation in any field or A Level
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute all kinds of secretarial work
∎ Maintain and coordinate Buyer’s and Local stakeholders email and phone calls
∎ Coordinate with management team & other departments.
∎ Organize and preserve paper and files.
∎ Check e-mail & retrieve information from internet.
∎ Prepare presentation, meeting minutes and other required documents.
∎ Coordinating with all local & foreign staff related to all management issues.
∎ Handling all travel plans of Vice Chairman
∎ Maintaining Liaison with business partners with regards to all kind of business correspondence.
∎ Assist the commercial team when required.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 34 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy. (MS. Word, Excel, internet browsing-mail)
Salary: Negotiable
