Job Context:
∎ An Association is looking for an enthusiastic, qualified and experienced individual for Secretarial Position to the President of the association.
∎ Deserving candidate will be offered competitive compensation package and other benefits.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To undertake a range of secretarial duties
∎ Ensuring that work is produced accurately and to deadlines assigned by
∎ Conduct all secretarial tasks such as preparation of draft, office note, meeting schedule, appointment schedule etc.
∎ Coordinate movement;
∎ Maintain event/meeting calendar;
∎ Maintain a good flow of internal and external communication;
∎ Take administrative measure required by President. Correspond and coordinate with other departments and outside agencies;
∎ Receive personal call and filter telephone calls on behalf of President.
∎ To deal with all correspondence related to President's Office.
∎ To maintain all schedules of meetings, appointments, business tours etc. and update or remind accordingly.
∎ To check mails and other documents of President.
∎ To work dedicatedly and conduct meeting on behalf of President.
∎ To prepare all report, presentation and documents as required by the President.
∎ To carry various assignments as instructed by the President
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when required by President.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
