Job Context:
∎ • A LARGE GROUP is looking for an enthusiastic, qualified and experienced individual for Secretarial Position to the Chairman of the Group.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • This position has the responsibility to undertake a range of secretarial duties ensuring that work is produced accurately and to deadlines assigned by Chairman in an efficient manner. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following-
∎ • Conduct all secretarial tasks such as preparation of draft, office note, meeting schedule, appointment schedule etc.
∎ • Coordinate movement;
∎ • Maintain event/meeting calendar;
∎ • Maintain a good flow of internal and external communication;
∎ • Take administrative measure required by Chairman. Correspond and coordinate with other departments and outside agencies;
∎ • Receive personal call and filter telephone calls on behalf of Chairman.
∎ • To deal with all correspondence related to Honorable Chairman's Office.
∎ • To deal with all types of technical collaborations & operation.
∎ • To maintain all schedules of meetings, appointments, business tours etc. and update or remind accordingly.
∎ • To check mails and other documents of Chairman.
∎ • To work dedicatedly and conduct meeting on behalf of Chairman.
∎ • To prepare all report, presentation and documents as required by the Chairman.
∎ • To carry various assignments as instructed by the Chairman.
∎ • Liaising with prominent personalities (Govt. & Non Govt.) of the country considering business need and create the best work group.
∎ • Any other responsibilities as and when required by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Ability to work under pressure.
∎ • Professional drafting ability in both Bangla and English.
∎ • Excellent communication skills and good in spoken English.
∎ • Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, browsing Internet & writing official emails.
∎ • Willing to travel in any place with the Chairman both in home and abroad.
