∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Mandatory requirement: Civil Engineer. Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,BRAC University,Stamford University Bangladesh,The University of Asia Pacific,Daffodil International University students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Inspection Consultation & Structural Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to carry out property valuation work on property units located in different parts of Dhaka city and also beyond its periphery.
∎ Create detailed reports on a regular basis about various property units, specifying the property's value and the reasons why such values were given.
∎ Apply all rules, laws etc. related to properties and property valuations.
∎ Evaluate all types of properties (i.e. flats, land plots, land with building etc.) in both residential and commercial categories.
∎ Must have clear grasp and understanding of market based property valuation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2-3 years of experience in the field of PROPERTY VALUATION is mandatory requirement.
∎ Extensive travelling on a regular basis is a compulsory requirement.
∎ Candidates having motor cycle and valid driving license will get preference.
∎ Able to work independently with a strong work ethic.
∎ Good command over written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and take initiative to meet goals.
∎ Capable of working in a team and with other functions.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill and sufficient knowledge in computer etc.
∎ To avert any action / mindset which may go against corporation's interest.
∎ Clear understanding and grasp over Land Value calculation of different areas for different types of property units.
∎ Fair understanding on in depth of property related documentation.
∎ Highly self-motivated, efficient, energetic candidates are encouraged to apply.
