∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Max, AutoCAD, Drawing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand Drawing and Planning of a Building Construction.
∎ Cost assessment of Building
∎ Understand Piling/Foundation/Layout of a Building.
∎ Site Management
∎ Present Schedule of Work
∎ Supervise total Construction of Building
∎ Handle Sub Contractors
∎ Prepare demand for material
∎ Must be ready to work at Field Level

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer Literacy is a must, and selected candidate must Join the Company by Oct 15, 21. Person cannot Join by this time are discouraged to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Most deserving candidate will have additional benefit.
