∎ Having Graduation / Post Graduation in Civil/Architecture
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
5 star hotel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Candidate rule will be a quantity surveyor of a high rise five-star hotel project. Good knowledge of construction and interiors.
∎ Reviewing of supplier/contractor work materials, project inventory system, material management, project security, etc.
∎ Prepare Material Requisition and Receiving Report, and other relevant Documents.
∎ Maintain Store Ledger and related register and provide necessary information to Head Office. Receive and verify materials delivered to site.
∎ Checking Supplier Material quality & quantity as per work order and provide necessary information to Head Office.
∎ Prepare Monthly Stock Report and reconciliation of stocks. Measure and value the work done on site
∎ Site Petty Cash Management
∎ Will be stationed at project site
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 year(s) practical construction project experience Locally\Foreign
