Educational Requirements:
∎ Having Graduation / Post Graduation in Civil/Architecture.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in a Five Star International Hotel Project-Local/International.
∎ Must have experience as a Project Manager.
∎ Must have a in-depth understanding of Design/Drawing/Interior/QS etc. work.
∎ Must be able to Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
∎ Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
∎ Reviewing of supplier/contractor work materials, project inventory system, material management, project security, etc. works.
∎ Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
∎ Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
∎ Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.
∎ Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
∎ Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
∎ Will be stationed at project site
∎ Any other work as per Management Instructions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the construction/cost/budget/QS and construction related work.
∎ Proven working experience in project management.
∎ Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
∎ Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
∎ Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
∎ Experience with project management software tools.
