∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.
∎ Additional certifications in project management or procurement would be advantageous.

∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience is required in civil construction project management, procurement, or related field.
∎ Proven track record of successfully managing materials procurement and supplier relationships in construction projects.
∎ Experience in coordinating with government authorities for permits and approvals.
∎ Ability to analyze contracts and purchase orders to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
∎ Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience is required in civil construction project management, procurement, or related field.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure civil construction materials availability as per the progress of the project activity and project plan.
∎ Follow up with the supplier or service provider to ensure the materials or service delivery on time.
∎ Collection of Gantt chart from the contractor or service provider as per PO terms & conditions & make sure the site activities are smooth.
∎ Review the PO terms & conditions or contracts & collect the service from the vendor or supplier accordingly.
∎ Daily report to the head office colleagues regarding the current progress & upcoming challenges of the project.
∎ Frequently visiting the market to collect the local rate & suggest the best option.
∎ Coordinate with Govt. authorities & take proactive action to get the permit for the project in time.
∎ Issue resolution as & when raised at the construction with proper coordination with head office colleagues and internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Negotiating the price as well as other necessary terms & conditions by increasing the learning curve & knowledge of the cost of each component.
∎ Coordinating with internal & external stakeholders & cooperating to meet the business requirement.
