Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and Guide all administrative programs in the projects.
∎ Focus on supporting, assisting and reporting to Chief Coordination officer.
∎ Conduct field visit in the districts of the project.
∎ Provide administrative solutions across field offices.
∎ Communicate effectively with the employees for project works.
∎ Guide the employees regarding project requirement.
∎ Check the Drivers’ duty schedules, log books and bills for payment.
∎ Monitor the proper use of equipment used by the employees.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of Administrative & IT tools for project implementation.
∎ Make an archive of project documents and events photographs in a systematic way.
∎ Submit timely administrative reports of the project.
∎ Maintain Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in project works.
∎ Coordinate with the suppliers and vendors for the projects requirement.
∎ Coordinate with the Finance and HR dept. for salary payment, insurance facility and other related payments.
∎ Process work order and take approval of the work orders and payment.
∎ Prepare work order and for any requisition and process the work order with approval.
∎ Perform a supportive role for the interest of smooth project implementation;
∎ Record keeping for maintenance: maintain and preserve records such as movement register and maintenance register.
∎ Receive and dispatch registrar, house rent agreement file, Licenses, vehicle agreement, all kinds of legal documents and certificates.
∎ Manage car bills, logbooks, car maintenance, card expenditures and legal papers related all vehicles.
∎ Organize training & workshop and provide logistic support;
∎ Perform any other job as when deemed necessary by the management.
∎ Monitoring uniform condition of the employees.
∎ Keep all related project information in proper way so that any information can be provided as per need of the management.
∎ Support and inform team and reporting chief, in analyzing trends, risks and conditions for managing projects and delivering services.
∎ Ensure the implementation of emergency preparedness and response measures.
∎ Guide all the operation team members in developing their work plan and progress.
∎ Monitor the safety and security of field teams and report to Chief Coordination officer.
∎ Promote the organization's policies, frameworks, standards, tools, methodologies, systems, and procedures.
∎ Liaise with other partners, donors, government authority, suppliers and service providers of the project, field implementation, and coordination with district and upazila levels.
∎ Coordinate with Finance and HR dept. for administrative process works.
∎ Coordinate with the employees for regular expenses and collect related information.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Must have knowledge and skills of project implementation with HR Management.
∎ Ability to drive motorbike with valid driving license.
∎ Ability to work in different target groups
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Develop data application software with MS Access.
∎ Ability to work in a team and with partners.
∎ Self-directed and able to lead a team.
∎ Fluent in Bangla & English reading, writing and typing skills.
∎ Project Implementation, Report Writing.
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities.
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Power Point, SPSS & other database program.
∎ Proven skill in project implementation quantitative and narrative report writing.
∎ Ready to accept the challenge and cope with change.
∎ Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, creative problem solving, conflict, ethical management skills. Communication, and negotiation skills, and the ability to collect data from multiple partners
