Job Context:
∎ As a trusted outsourcing partner for Data Management Services, Teqtive Solutions Ltd. is a BPO company striving to excel at generating tangible business value for our clients with innovative and authentic Workforce Solutions.
∎ We are looking to bring a Project Manager onboard for our expanding team with the following criteria:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning for execution and responsible for timely completion of the project as per plan.
∎ Carry out process improvement and operations optimization.
∎ To coordinate with clients, functional team and top management regarding daily operations.
∎ Work within project schedules to meet clients' and internal deadlines.
∎ Supervise and control job activities of subordinates of the project.
∎ Ensure quality of work at every phase of operation by maintaining checklists/quality control and appropriate/standard procedures.
∎ To prepare project estimates and cost analysis.
∎ Finding out ways for cost minimization.
∎ To ensure timely progress of the project as per work schedule.
∎ Project Budget and Bill preparation.
∎ Time to time meeting and reporting to management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years experience in call center is required.
∎ Experience in the field of BPO industry will be preferred.
∎ Need to be experienced in call center managing.
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, customer relationship and planning/budgeting competency, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Must have experience in handling large projects.
∎ Good communication skill and fluent in English.

Salary: Negotiable
