Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Eng with an exceptional track record may be considered as an ideal candidate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up construction work as per design and work schedule.
∎ To lead, oversee and guide the engineering team to get the project/job done within the stipulated time. Regularly monitor the work progress and control the work schedule properly.
∎ To collect and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual work status reports as required from the respective Site/Project Engineer, compile them and implement all actions required for the progress of work as per work completion schedule/timeline.
∎ Responsible for total projects budgeting, planning, scheduling, monitoring, resource utilization, administrative control of a larger project and initiating the projects to reduce cost.
∎ Should have required technical skills of both structural and finishing work about the construction of apartment buildings.
∎ Ensure contractor selection, checking and authorizing of contractors' bills and other construction-related bill processes.
∎ Certify quality of supplied materials, inventory control through optimum material requisition and material receiving the report.
∎ Arrange regular meetings and training for skill development of the team and achieve the ultimate goal of the company
∎ Absolutely proactive, smart, energetic, self-motivated, determined and be tactful to meet the expectation of the company.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experience in civil engineering from the Developer/Real Estate business.
∎ Computer literacy is a must. Knowledge of AutoCAD, 2D, 3D and related computer programs is essential.
∎ Should be familiar with Project Management and Operation, Maintenance of Construction Site and Designing.
∎ Experience in constructing high-rise Residential and Commercial projects with basements will be preferred.
∎ Self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure and have excellent oral and written English communication.
∎ Highly qualified candidates may get age privilege
