Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ From any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete management of construction project site which includes but not limited to lead the project site team, facilitate top management for proper planning and timely execution in compliance with design and specification of the project works, ensure plan wise timely availability of materials, workforce, equipment, and other supports at site, coordinate with subcontractors / suppliers to ensure plan-wise work progress, coordinate with local community to support the project work, and regular updating top management about the overall status of project site.
∎ Ensuring construction project site work safety, quality and productivity.
∎ Liaise with procuring entity, consultant, and any other external affiliates as key contact person from construction project site.
∎ Ensure quality of materials and workmanship at site as per the approved design, specifications and terms and conditions mentioned in purchase / work orders / contract, and endorse accordingly. Maintaining Site Documentation and Reporting Regularly.
∎ Studying Design and Specification thoroughly and estimating materials, labor and other resources required to prepare requisitions.
∎ Preparing item wise Work Schedule featuring Resources in detail and tracking to prepare reports.
∎ Reviewing and finalization of Material / Service Requisitions, Challan, MRR, Bills and endorse accordingly to send to Head Office from Project Site.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience as part of construction project site management in any construction contractor company for executing Government / Real Estate project is preferable

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 80000 (Monthly)
