Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Good knowledge on Tender Submission requirements and Documentation, BoQ, Specifications and Work Methodologies.
∎ Proficiency in quick estimation of Work Items and related Recourses (Man, Materials, Machineries and Time).
∎ Proficiency in Work Schedule with Resources, Budget and Cashflow Preparation and Tracking.
∎ Proficiency in Documentation and presenting project progress updates to senior managers and clients.
∎ Proficiency in Schedule of Rates and Rate Analysis of different works in Civil Engineering Project Construction / Implementation and well conversant with Rate Analysis and Latest SoR of PWD, LGED, RHD, BWDB and other Departments.
∎ Good knowledge on the latest version of PPR & PPA.
∎ Good Knowledge on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto CAD, ETABS and Staad Pro.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking and Interpreting Design and Drawings and preparing / finalizing Technical Specification for different types of complex work as per Design and Drawings.
∎ Task, Resource and Cost Scheduling of Construction Projects with Microsoft Project Software; mentoring Site / Project Engineers; distributing Gantt Chart and Resource Schedule, Tracking Gantt and ensuring the Project execution as per Schedule and Track based Reporting.
∎ Techno-Financial Feasibility Analysis for Complex Type of Projects / Works (featuring Requirements, Rates, Cost etc.) including other Compliance issues.
∎ Studying and Interpreting Designs to Specifications, Collecting Quotations / Proposals for Supply and Works; Preparing Sourcing CS (Comparative Statement), Purchase Orders, Work Orders and Contract Agreements.
∎ Planning / developing, managing and implementing Value Engineering, Project Management, Site-based Strategies in conjunction with the Facilities Function.
∎ Cost saving through implementation of Procurement Strategies and Standard Process / Practice (like: Techno-Financial Analysis, Changing Methodology and Specification of Work, suggesting modifications in Design / Work Methodology, Cost / Rate Analysis, Collaborative negotiation meeting, Comparative Statement etc.).
∎ Align with stakeholders and business leaders on their needs and provide Project Management and support for multiple projects within budget and on time. Establish new relationships with Contractors and Suppliers to ensure adequate resources for all projects and to continually improve pricing and quality of work.
∎ Coordinate data collection and analysis on procurement trends, client trends. Use spend analytics to develop new strategies and tactics, improve Vendor performance and enhance savings and operational efficiencies.
∎ Ensure that the decision-making process is supported by technical and functional knowledge of the category and analytical methods which encompass people, materials, systems, processes and financial measures.
∎ Estimating / QS, Preparing and finalizing BoQ, Specification, Tender Documents and Conditions of Contract for National and International Contracts as essentials of total Tendering Process.
∎ Keeping track of Ongoing Tenders; preparing Tender Documents and Collecting necessary Inputs.
∎ Coordinating with and Collecting Data from Construction Project Sites, preparing Progress and Cost Monitoring / Control Report, Vising Sites frequently and executing other PMC Activities.
∎ Studying and Interpreting Designs to Specifications, Collecting Quotations / Proposals for Supply and Works Preparing Sourcing CS, P/O, Contract Agreements;
∎ Preparing Master and Intermediary Execution Budget of Construction Projects.
∎ Obtaining Bank Guarantee, and Performance Guarantee required by Tender.
∎ Preparing / Checking, Tracking and Finalizing Requisitions from different Construction Sites and Adjusting with approved Master Budget. Keeping track of Ongoing Tenders; preparing Tender Documents and Collecting necessary Inputs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ Experience as part of construction project site management in any construction contractor company for executing Government / Real Estate project is preferable

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 80000 (Monthly)
