Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall timely implementation of the Project, maintaining the quality, workmanship and within the approved budget.
∎ Manage and supervise the activities of all the personnels of the Project
∎ Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
∎ Track issues and develop plans to correct the implementation process immediately. Escalate problems for prompt resolution.
∎ Monitor deviations from budget and take corrective action to meet established goals.
∎ Administers consultant engineer contracts and ensures that consultant's work product complies with contract and project requirements;
∎ Resolves design and construction problem. Assists operations & maintenance teams with technical and construction problems.
∎ Schedule, coordinate and conduct regularly scheduled construction progress meeting with the project owners;
∎ Be accountable for all required Reports
∎ Ensures progress in made onsite and work progresses in accordance with the agreed upon schedule;
∎ Performs any other duties as deemed required by the position

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have Experience in working as Project Manager/ Construction Manager for a power plant project.
∎ Should have handled civil and mechanical works of power plants and mega industrial projects.
