Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (MSc), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 25 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial and managerial leadership for successful implementation of projects.
∎ Oversees all project implementation related to project management, including monitoring and reporting, financials transactions, execution of project plans and performance.
∎ Selects and manages the training of project teams, assigning clear roles and responsibilities, providing effective supervision and managing performance.
∎ Coordinates the efforts of various workers in order to ensure that required tasks can be accomplished.
∎ Recommends changes to a project that is ongoing if it appears it is not proceeding on schedule or is producing unsatisfactory results.
∎ Overseeing the development of a project from start to finish, including planning and scheduling tasks, managing resources and costs, hiring subcontractors as needed, and ensuring that all parties involved in the project meet their responsibilities.
∎ Ensures projects deliver specified results and meet quality expectations.

∎ Creates and manages project budgets.
∎ Regularly updates clients, stakeholders and executives with reports on the progress and performance of projects.

∎ Follow all regulations related to projects and ensure they're in compliance Guides individual project managers across a portfolio of projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 50 years

∎ Project management certification preferred.
∎ Candidates who have similar experience in Power Plant project will be given preference.
∎ Candidates who have similar experience in Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant project will be given preference.
∎ Candidates who have similar experience in Construction Project under Russian Company will be given preference.
∎ At least 10 years of experience in a leadership position managing more than one project.
∎ Experience managing, designing, budgeting, drawing, forecasting, work schedule, implementing and evaluating multiple projects.
