Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and Time Management - to ensure that projects are completed within set timeframes.
∎ Financial and Budget Management - making sure that the project is completed within a financial budget.
∎ Delegation and Motivation - the Project Manager, will be responsible for ensuring that tasks are delegated effectively and staffs remain motivated to complete the project to a high standard.
∎ General Construction - at times of uncertainty the project manager may be relied upon for his superior knowledge of the industry and specific problems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Civil Engineering (Road/Bridge/Construction work).
∎ The applicants should have experience as a Project Manager in Road/ Bridge/Construction Monitoring.
∎ The applicants should have experience in all kinds of road construction.
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of work experience in Road/Bridge/Culvert Construction Work.
∎ He must stay on the Project Site.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Full time car with driver, house with cook on the construction site.
