∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Experience of running the Total-Station machine.
∎ Must have Experience in Land Survey work, The highest priority will be given if you have the experience of running the Total-Station machine.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervision and monitoring of overall construction work at project site and ensure progress as per design and drawing.
∎ Prepare cost estimation regarding all types of Civil works.
∎ Prepare the monthly materials requirement status and co-ordinate with the Dept. of Procurement to ensure on time delivery of necessary materials.
∎ Prepare contractor/sub-contractors bill on the basis of physical work done.
∎ Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.
∎ Prepare progress report and work program of the project.
∎ Any others task assigned by management.
