Educational Requirements:
∎ • B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any Public reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Lead the whole operation of project implementation, Project supervision & Execution as per company requirement and time frame.
∎ • Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.
∎ • Time to time compare the actual work done against planned and takes necessary action to maintain the work schedule of project(s).
∎ • Prepare Material requirement analyzing overall construction site drawing (Structural, Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical etc.) and as per project plan.
∎ • Management of all construction work and guide whole team of the project for implementation.
∎ • Negotiation with consultant, other department, vendor and higher authority for processing, smoothness and regularity of work.
∎ • Follow up and checking overall project work as per drawing & design and ensure its quality.
∎ • Check and process all project bills and finalize for approval.
∎ • Handle and utilize project labors and employees to implement the project efficiently.
∎ • Ensure and maintain all required constriction and project safety to ensure zero incident at project.
∎ • Maintain update of any new construction technique to apply for our own site.
∎ • Able to forecast Project engineering schedule
∎ • Key Interfaces:
∎ • Need to keep relation with contractor for work update and meet the timeline.
∎ • Need to communicate with supplier for timely receiving of materials to protect misuse.
∎ • Need to communicate with other department for better coordination.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ • Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Experience in large construction sites such as industrial projects (structural construction work, finishing work etc.) is highly required.
∎ • To be accountable for the successful completion of project(s).
∎ • Additional Skill:
∎ • Construction/ Engineering management
∎ • Computer knowledge (Ms Project & Auto CAD)
∎ • Good communication skills.
