Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the whole operation of project implementation, supervision and execution
∎ Monitoring construction works to assure that plans, specifications, codes and regulations are being observed and followed
∎ Review the project in detail to create bar-chart, schedule deliverables, and estimate costs
∎ Formulate various action-plans for project and communicate with team members and stakeholders
∎ Identify project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions with execution plan
∎ Ensure project execution within defined budget and stipulated deadlines
∎ Conduct regular project status meetings with projects team and clients
∎ Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
∎ Provide project progress status, delays and issues to authority in timely manner
∎ Develop and implement project management procedures and methodologies to achieve business goals
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials
∎ Ensuring appropriate compliance and safety regulations at site
∎ Supervise site staff and coordinate between Management and Project
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having professional knowledge of BOQ
∎ Capable of analyzing data and project planning
∎ Adapt in AutoCAD and Project Planning software
∎ Very good command in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint presentation
∎ Must be smart, dedicated and well organized
∎ Brilliant leadership aptitude
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Able to work extended hours on occasions when required
