∎ BSc/MSc in Civil Engineering.
∎ PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.

∎ At least 30 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent should be capable of planning all construction operations and scheduling intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met, acquiring equipment and material and monitoring stocks to timely handle inadequacies, balancing the budget, assigning tasks to the various contractors and subcontractors, managing construction bids, negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements, finding and managing subcontractors & suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues, collaborating with engineers, architects etc.
∎ To determine the specifications of the project, determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations, supervise the work of engineers, mechanics, laborers etc., evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 50 years
∎ 30 years with minimum 10 years of proven experience as construction project manager of 30 storied commercial building with 6-7 basements and Leed Certified buildings. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, A team player with leadership abilities.
Salary: Negotiable
