∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Engineering Consultancy firms, Property Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and direct the construction projects from conception to completion (Multi-storied Building, Road, Drain, Culvert, Embankment, Market, Community Centre etc.)
∎ Ensure timely, cost effective and quality construction
∎ Prepare budget estimates of the projects and report on cost tracking
∎ Formulate an effective schedule for the construction plans and monitor construction productivity and schedule performance
∎ Review the engineering and architectural drawings for ensuring that all regulations and specifications are being followed
∎ Keep track of inventory, tools and equipment. Determine the requirement of necessary equipment, materials, and manpower. Ensure supplies & equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
∎ Coordinate with architecture & engineering consultants for efficient and smooth functioning of projects
∎ Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the Company.
∎ Ensure compliance with building codes and other regulations
∎ Analyse, evaluate, manage and mitigate risks
∎ Negotiate with external vendors on contract agreements
∎ Arrange and execute training sessions for engineers & project members
∎ Verify the bills of contractors and overtime
∎ Prepare tender documents to submit at Govt., Semi-Govt. and private tenders through e-GP system and other tendering methods
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 12 years of experience in Real Estate, Property Developer, Engineering & Consultancy Firms, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body
∎ Experience in govt. construction projects like Multi-storied Building, Road, Drain, Culvert, Embankment, Market, Community Centre etc. is preferred
∎ Expertise in civil construction, construction management, building management, project management, engineering survey, BOQ, Estimation, EGP and other methods of Tendering
Salary: Negotiable
