∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering from any Public University.
∎ Skills Required: Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, High rise with Basement Building Construction Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervised the construction works in different site to control quality of works.
∎ Follow up the construction works done by the contractor as per schedule and drawing design.
∎ Preparing & Checking of Drawing Design & Estimate.
∎ Preparing the Project Progress Report.
∎ Coordinate among the project.
∎ To ensure Govt. Department and consultant related support.
∎ To control the quality of raw materials supplied by the supplier.
∎ Providing measurement of item of works and maintain in the measurement book. Check the bills of qualities submitted by the contractors.
∎ To ensure quality construction, safety security and project management system of high rise building construction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Conception about the structural and Architectural Drawing Design.
∎ Good in Communication.
∎ Expert in Auto CAD Drawing.
∎ Must be very Keen in work.
∎ Expert in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Proactive and Very much responsible.
∎ Ability to work Under Pressure.
