∎ We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Interior Design) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning and execution of multiple Babuland branches (interior design segment) from inception to completion, across Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be the leader of multiple lead project teams from conception to completion while maintaining a high level of quality.
∎ Manage and coordinate all activities related to interior design projects, including site management, vendor management, budget tracking (in excel), and timeline maintenance.
∎ Communicate effectively with top management (direct report), architects, site contractors and vendors to ensure the smooth running of the project.
∎ Effective preplanning and maintain project timeline using GANTT CHART to keep the project on track.
∎ Utilize Cad software to create and review architectural drawings.
∎ Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
∎ Control material usage maintain stock reports
∎ Move to multiple sites (Inside/Outside Dhaka)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 5-8 years of experience in interior design firms, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
∎ Proficiency in Cad software and understanding of architectural drawings.
∎ Proficient use of excel using formulas.
∎ Knowledge of construction and materials used for interior designing.
∎ Understanding of color and design aesthetics.
∎ Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
∎ Detail-oriented and highly organized.
∎ Candidates with Motorcycle will get preference.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
