∎ Skills Required: Product Costing and budgeting, project coordination, Project Managemen
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Construction, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise site works including monitoring of work progress and control the work schedule properly.
∎ Take necessary action for rectifications/modifications works as claimed by the management.
∎ Prepare/review bill of quantity and obtain appropriate approval.
∎ Monitor, supervise and ensure project safety, audit and implementation of corrective action in a timely manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Project management professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
∎ Ability to lead project teams of various sizes.
∎ Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
∎ Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
∎ Experience overseeing a construction project.
∎ Budget management experience.
