∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Engineering, Construction Building
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that project work is carried out in accordance with standards, operation & maintenance manuals, drawings and other specifications.
∎ Where having at least 1 or 2 Govt. Construction project related project start to hand over.
∎ Participate in site coordination meetings with Engineers, Architects, and Subcontractors etc.
∎ Refer all requests for design changes and obtain necessary approvals prior to carrying out the work.
∎ Bill prepared and submit to proper authority
∎ In charge of all construction activities.
∎ Supervise day to day construction works.
∎ Giving engineering support and decisions or arrange so from consultant and superior.
∎ Making construction plan and schedule.
∎ Ensuring material quality & maintaining standards following approved specifications.
∎ Understanding all designs, drawings & specifications according to project standards.
∎ Daily Meeting with contractor and other site staff for the work schedule of next day.
∎ Report all site information to respective superior regular basis.
∎ To review progress of Projects at various stages and give guidance to concerned staff for completion of the project in a time bound manner.
∎ To provide technical advice about plan, organize and supervise construction of road & bridge projects.
∎ Energetic, hard worker have to capability to manage construction site efficiently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 6 to 8 years experience in the following area(s): Construction Govt. project in Bangladesh Interpersonal skills and sound communication skills is essential.
∎ The applicant big building construction project knowledge is a must.
∎ The applicants should have skilled experience in the following job requirement.
∎ Must be capable at accomplishing responsibilities described above.
∎ Should be a proactive & self-organized person with long career commitment.
∎ Good leadership, execution skill and ability to manage.
∎ Capable to supervise a multiple construction project independently.
