Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Civil Construction, MS office packages, Project Management, Project Planning
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
airport projects, Civil Enginnering, roads and highways project
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Play a lead role in developing detailed project implementation plan, estimate of materials, equipment, accessories required for site and informing the respective person. Ensure cost effective & precise civil construction work.
∎ Monitoring project budgets to ensure costs are within reasonable limits. Ensure the quality, effective and efficient management of the project at all stages of the project cycle through staff management, budgeting, and project-related logistics, coordination with implementation partners & admin support.
∎ Make BOQ for civil works. Ensure the work as per approved drawing and quality of work as per Standard. Keep the record of inspection, variations, testing and points of connection at construction site.Coordinating with clients to ensure the design meets their needs and specifications. Providing technical support to contractors during the construction phase of a project.
∎ Support civil related all maintenance and repair works, execute & evaluate the civil works as per required
∎ Make the deadline for civil works completion. Ensure quality civil works and its control.
∎ Provide high level supervisory and managerial support to the project team for developing their technical skills and professional competencies.
∎ Identify, analyze and recommend business systems solutions to management having a broad business impact.
∎ Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports. Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans. Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback
∎ Developing project timelines, including phases of implementation, completion dates, and milestones along the way
∎ Reviewing plans for design flaws and making recommendations for improvement
∎ Ensure work progress as per master program/time schedule as per standard. Scheduling and overseeing construction activities to ensure that deadlines are met
∎ Make bill as per actual works on the basis of drawing.
∎ Prepare bill on the basis of running & final measurement.
∎ Organize site properly to meet governmental rules, regulations and compliance. Follow company administrative rules and regulation very strictly
∎ Monitoring the work of engineers to ensure that they are adhering to industry standards and best practices
∎ Any emergency work instructed by the Supervisor/head of department or higher authority must be given priority basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
∎ Must be from Geo Technical background.
