∎ B.Sc / Diploma Engineer (Civil)
∎ 7-8 years for B.Sc. &10-12 years Diploma Engineer
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study all types of design & drawing, execute works according to the same and provide feedback.
∎ Planning, implementing & monitoring of all Project activities.
∎ Supervise & manage the Structure & finishing works (Tiles, plumbing, aluminum, wood, Paint, interior work, etc.) independently through effective planning & proper monitoring.
∎ Ensure the smooth progress of works by managing all project personnel (Project Engineers & Contractors) of the project.
∎ Ensure safety, health and environmental aspects within the project in accordance with company policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have at least 5 years experience in any renowned Real Estate developer company.
∎ Dynamic, motivate, energetic, pro-active.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & meet the deadline.
∎ Leadership quality with a positive attitude & having the ability to take decision independently.
∎ Organizing & managing ability with problem-solving & analytical skills
Salary: Negotiable
