Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science BSC/MSC in Mechanical Engineering,
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Magnetic Particle Test
∎ Training/Trade Course: With the skilled experience in PMP Certified,Radiographic Test (RT). ASNTLEVELII (As per SNTTC1A)
∎ Skills Required: 10 to 15 year(s) Work Experience PMP Certified
Job Context:
∎ With the skilled experience in PMP Certified
∎ QA/QC management system Oil/gas refining workload
∎ The process piping installation or compressor installation experience will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Manager Professional
∎ Preparation of quality plan and procedure
∎ Compiling inspection and test plan(ITP)
∎ Execution of ITP including site inspection
∎ Executing subcontractor audit
∎ Submit a request for inspection(RFI) to the employer and in charge of site inspection
∎ Issuing internal NCR or site observation
∎ Quality surveillance
∎ Prepare, issuance & approval QA/QC reports
∎ Document controlling
∎ Quality control of subcontractors.
∎ Supports the Welding & Non-Destructive Test-NDT qualification activities.
∎ Cooperates to issue the Welding Procedures (WPS).
∎ Visual Inspection.
∎ Cooperate with the Project Quality Engineer (PQE) to analyses nonconformities.
∎ Supervises inspection of defect renewal and welding.
∎ Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.
∎ Prepared Project Statement, Interim Payment Certificate (IPC), and Revised Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
∎ Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.
∎ Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to communicate fluently in English.
∎ Ability to use Microsoft WORD\EXCEL\PPT smoothly.
∎ Ability to write English letters/emails smoothly.
∎ 800-1000 crore project experience.
