Education:
∎ BSc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University
∎ Master’s degree or additional certifications (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

∎ Minimum 12 years of experience in project management of high-rise Commercial and residential building specially in RCC Structure
∎ Having minimum 5 years of experience as a manager
∎ Experience in steel structure building will give preference
∎ Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements for RCC and steel structures
∎ Proficiency in project management software
∎ Minimum 12 years of experience in project management of high-rise Commercial and residential building specially in RCC Structure
∎ Having minimum 5 years of experience as a manager
∎ Experience in steel structure building will give preference
∎ Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements for RCC and steel structures

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
∎ Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure the design and structural integrity meet specifications.Budget Management:
∎ Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring financial control.
∎ Track and report on project costs, identifying and addressing any budgetary issues.Resource Management:
∎ Oversee procurement and management of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
∎ Manage and lead project teams, including construction workers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.Quality Assurance:
∎ Implement quality control procedures to ensure that construction work meets all regulatory and safety standards.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.Risk Management:
∎ Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies as well as ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site.
∎ Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the project.Communication and Coordination:
∎ Act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and the project team.
∎ Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved in the project.Documentation and Reporting:
∎ Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
