Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hands-on experience in Industrial & Commercial RCC buildings;
∎ Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the work design, schedule, possible cost-saving measures, and potential construction problems;
∎ Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule & progress according to design as well as management decisions;
∎ Submit project progress report daily, weekly monthly using MS project software/Excel;
∎ Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings;
∎ Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings;
∎ Inform the superior of discrepancies or omissions contained within all designs or drawings;
∎ Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required;
∎ Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control;
∎ Review of safety, serviceability, durability, and constructability with honesty & dedication to the service;
∎ Control and monitor labor, material, and equipment expenses.

∎ Age 33 to 40 years
