Educational Requirements:
∎ B.SC in civil engineering from BUET,KUET,CUET,RUET or any other Govt. Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility for managing Project matter.
∎ Co-ordination with client, Consultant and other Stake holder related with Project.
∎ Co-ordination with the supply chain Management and head office to ensure timely supply of Materials.
∎ Quality control, site safety, define the problem & identity the target improvements.
∎ Supervise and control the job activities of the sub-ordinate of the Project.
∎ Review the project in detail to create bar-chart, Schedule deliverable and estimate cost.
∎ Ensure quality of Work and construction materials.
∎ Report Project Status and progress to concern authorities.
∎ Should be able to progress the job as per time schedule & maintaining quality of work.
∎ Any other works assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill with strong leadership.
∎ Completed and handover after construction of minimum 7 storied RCC building and Pre-fabricated steel building will get preference.
∎ Skil required: Auto-cad, Estimation, Construction, Factory building.
∎ Must be energetic, sincere and honest.
∎ English Proficiency.
∎ Capable to handle a large construction project independently.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Must have literacy in computer, e-mail and software uses.
∎ Hardworking, proactive, self-motivated.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintaining deadlines.
∎ Well organized and a good team player
