∎ Diploma in civil engineering from any reputed Govt. Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for daily work supervision ,ensuing quality Of work and construction Materials being used Of respective project.
∎ Monitor construction work as per the approved drawings and decisions.
∎ Submit and follow up requisition of Materials for respective project.
∎ To follow construction schedule & Provide daily progress report upon daily activities.
∎ Responsible for taking measurement Of all work and recording in MBs.
∎ Responsible for checking sub-contractor bill.
∎ Ensure quality of Work and construction materials.
∎ Report Project Status and progress to concern authorities.
∎ Ensure safety and security .
∎ Any other works assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill
∎ Must have knowledge Of various construction work such pilings, land development, factory building & finishing.
∎ Must be Sincere, dedicated, target oriented & honest
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ English Proficiency
∎ Skill required: Auto-cad, MS-excel, Estimation & Construction.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Must have literacy in computer, e-mail and software uses.
∎ Hardworking, proactive, self-motivated.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintaining deadlines.
∎ Well organized and a good team player.
