Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, execute, and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
∎ Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, architects, and workers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
∎ Manage procurement and budgeting for project materials, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely availability.
∎ Ensure compliance with quality control standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines throughout the project.
∎ Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and adjusting plans as needed to address challenges.
∎ Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and work orders.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the safety of workers and the quality of construction.
∎ Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure their requirements are met and to provide progress updates.
∎ Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and corrective actions taken.
∎ Maintain records of project-related expenses, ensuring financial transparency and accurate reporting.
∎ Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and addressing any performance issues.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all project-related files for future reference.
∎ Implement continuous improvement processes and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency in project management practices.
