Additional Requirements
25 years of total professional experience, including at least 15 years in senior Project Management positions in MRT/Metro Rail, Railway, Road/Bridge or major infrastructure construction projects. Experience in JICA/ADB-assisted contracts and working with international construction firms will be given preference. Should have strong leadership, project management, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
Candidates must have proven professional experience relevant to the respective position.
Experience in MRT/metro rail, railway, or other large-scale infrastructure projects will be given preference.
Experience working with international construction firms and on JICA/ADB-assisted projects will be an added advantage.
Foreign nationals and candidates with proven experience working on overseas projects will be considered an added advantage, subject to applicable laws, work permit requirements, and project requirements.
Candidates should possess strong leadership, analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, as applicable to their respective positions.
Good command of written and spoken English is desirable.
Candidates must be proactive, responsible, results-oriented, and capable of working in a multidisciplinary project environment.
