Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any Public Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit the Project on regular basis and ensure the quality of materials and work at every phase of construction by maintaining check list with standard procedures.
∎ Manage and guide by providing instruction to the Project Engineers how to handle the Project meeting Companies goal and target in every aspect.
∎ Contribution to the Project’s Safety, Security, Cleanliness and to reduce the Wastage of Materials, Manpower, Machines etc.
∎ Proper checking and verify of MRF, Project’s Expenditure and Sub Contractor’s bill as per field measurement.
∎ Proper Coordination with related Departments like Purchase, Audit & Cost Control, Planning & Coordination, Customer Care etc. and with consultants.
∎ To Study the structural and architectural design/drawing pertinent of the project and plan accordingly.
∎ To ensure progress of the construction works as per schedule.
∎ To maintain project cost by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.
∎ To ensure that all logistics supports i.e., materials including in-house supplies, detailing are available on demand at site so that project work flow will not be interrupted.
∎ To prepare construction progress report and submit to concerned authority on time.
∎ To check bills of the contractors and coordinate with Accounts & Finance Department to ensure payment accordingly.
∎ To ensure safety & security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
∎ To submit the requisition with proper product specifications by analyzing inventory.
∎ To manage Civil Construction Project of Large Magnitude
∎ Any other project related assignment and job assigned by H/O & seniors.
∎ Any other job assigns by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office.
∎ Pro-active, independent, enthusiastic and result oriented.
∎ Work innovatively in simplifying tasks and assignment.
∎ Ability to work independently and be able to work under time pressure.
∎ Positive attitude for learning.
