Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/B.Sc. in Civil from any Public Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure available material at project site as per program of work by coordinating with seniors & Purchase Department.
∎ Ensure quality of construction material and work with the help of support Engineer and report to seniors.
∎ Ensure safety, security and overall administration of project.
∎ Collect all Architectural, Structural, Sanitary & Plumbing, Fire Fighting and RAJUK approved drawing from H/O.
∎ Study & review all drawings and put feedback to seniors.
∎ Direct supervise Structural, Plumbing & Sanitary and Aluminum work with all interior work of GF and overall quality of all works.
∎ To assists support engineers to rectify the unspecified work as per discussion with seniors if necessary.
∎ Ensure quality of work as per SOP and checklist and taking approval from seniors.
∎ To monitor the support engineers’ duties and report to senior regarding the performance.
∎ To arrange monthly site meeting as per discussion with seniors and ensure good relation between contractors & other staff at project site.
∎ Ensure labor contractors bill in due time.
∎ To liaison with head office/ zonal in-charge and give feedback as per requirement.
∎ To ensure chargeable, refundable and others data as per instruction of seniors according to SOP.
∎ To ensure optimum utilization of materials and also reduce the wastage.
∎ To ensure implementation of client’s modification & optional work as per VCC.
∎ Responsible to obverse the discipline, leave, and monthly attendance report of project staffs.
∎ Any other project related assignment and job assigned by H/O & seniors.
∎ Any other job assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Well-conversant in MS Office.
∎ Pro-active, independent, enthusiastic, and result oriented.
∎ Work innovatively in simplifying tasks and assignments.
∎ Ability to work independently and be able to work under time pressure.
∎ Positive attitude for learning.
