Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare project documents such as Time Schedules and Work Methodology. Compile drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tenders. Assist in the technical evaluation of contractor's documents to support the client effectively.
∎ Oversee and monitor all construction works, including structural, plumbing, and finishing work, ensuring compliance with specifications and architectural designs.
∎ Conduct regular follow-ups on construction progress, addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
∎ Perform structural audits as per regulatory requirements, ensuring safety and compliance.
∎ Provide civil support for electrical and fire audits as per regulatory standards.
∎ Implement sustainability programs such as LEED, ACCORD, or RSC standards in construction projects
∎ Prepare progress reports highlighting vendor laggings and recommend solutions to mitigate delays.
∎ Verify on-site construction activities, including casting, curing, shuttering procedures, and layouts, ensuring high-quality work.
∎ Prepare material estimates, create BOQs, and manage budgets for various construction products.
∎ Monitor material requisitions and deliveries to maintain a smooth workflow on the project.
∎ Ensure the efficient operation of project activities, addressing any operational challenges.
∎ Track project costs and usage against estimates to control expenses effectively.
∎ Use extensive construction knowledge to address and resolve any construction-related issues by consulting with experts and consultants.
∎ Prepare and implement the Site Implementation Plan (SIP) to meet project targets set by senior management.
∎ Prepare work plans and periodic reports for ongoing projects, keeping stakeholders informed.
