∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed Institution (BUET. KUET, CUET & RUET will get preference).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise & monitor construction works to assure that plans, specifications, building codes and regulations are being observed and followed.
∎ Coordinate with Project Management & Construction supervision consultant as well as architecture & engineering consultants for efficient and smooth functioning of projects.
∎ Time to time compare the actual works done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of project(s).
∎ Prepare monthly stock report, time-to-time material requisition issue of receiving materials and any additional tasks identified by supervisor.
∎ Identify problem area and provide appropriate solution for all service and engineering related issues.
∎ Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ Review and checking payments of bills submitted by contractors consulting with engineers.
∎ Supervise site staff and coordinate between Management and site.
∎ Prepare effective plan, implementing & monitoring of project activities.
∎ Create & update personal work planning & style to motivate own self for smooth, effective & timely fulfillment of job responsibilities and achieving the company's goal.
∎ Other jobs as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 08 Years of relevant experience in any reputed Real Estate Company.
∎ Should have experience in project management.
∎ Having experience in construction of high-rise commercial buildings with multiple basement will get preference
∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work long hours.
∎ Should be dynamic, ability to manage team and have Excellent Leadership Quality and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
Salary: Negotiable
