Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure effective and efficient procurement of goods and services.
∎ To analysis business trends and product availability to accommodate the best market price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times.
∎ To conduct business review meetings with suppliers to assess risk, review future strategies, and identify potential cost down and improvement opportunities.
∎ To source new potential and alternative supplier and source this suppliers whose price is most competitive, payments terms and quality all are acceptable according to our requirements.
∎ To ensure compliance issues and improve overall relationship with suppliers.
∎ To organize inter organizational communications for providing timely & qualitative procurement services.
∎ To issue PO to respective supplier and follow up until final delivery to destination.
∎ To provide support to user department for claiming any warranty in warranty period.
∎ To set up of Policy, Process, Systems and work-flow management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age at most 25-30 years
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Self-motivated,
∎ Responsible,
∎ Team Player & Problem solving skills.
∎ Computer Literacy is must (MS word, Excel). Experience in ERP is an added advantage.
