∎ The applicants should have at least 15 years of experience in real estate development.
∎ Experience in developers' works with minimum 3 or 4 basements of high-rise 30 - 40 storied buildings.
∎ Must possess strong communication and management skills.
∎ Should have a good understanding of drawing and design.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervising all construction works at the project by attending to the project during the job execution to ensure the construction work is done on schedule. This includes regularly visiting the construction site, checking the progress against the project timeline, and coordinating with different teams to address any delays.
∎ Checking the detailed quality of work to meet in-process and finished specification and workmanship requirements. Specific quality checklists and standards will be provided and the candidate should ensure that all work adheres to them.
∎ Implementing the work by the contractor as per the program by providing necessary instructions to meet the scheduled time. This involves clear communication of project milestones and expectations to the contractor and following up on their progress.
∎ Ensuring the quality of civil works by guiding workers. This includes providing on-site training and supervision to ensure that workers perform their tasks correctly.
∎ Monitoring manpower mobilization and skills match of workers to ensure the skilled labor for the project. The candidate should assess the skills of the workers and request additional training or manpower if needed.
∎ Responsible for the execution of all kinds of civil construction work in line with the approved drawing, design & architectural layout. This requires a thorough understanding of the project plans and the ability to ensure that all work is carried out accordingly.
∎ Implementation of Architectural, Structural, and Plumbing work perfectly as per Consultant's Drawing. The candidate should work closely with the consultant to ensure that all work meets the design specifications.
∎ To prepare all types of material estimating or BOQ. This involves accurate calculation of the materials required for the project based on the design and construction plans.
∎ Keep coordination with the purchasing department for material supply. The candidate should communicate regularly with the purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of materials.
∎ Quality control, Site Safety, defining the problem & identifying the target for Improvements. The candidate should implement quality control measures, ensure a safe working environment, and identify areas for improvement in the construction process.
∎ Vast knowledge of finishing works, work sequences and checklists. The candidate should be familiar with different finishing techniques and be able to manage the work sequence effectively.
∎ Follow up on details of work programs & contractor's manpower. Regularly review the progress of the work programs and the availability of contractor's manpower.
