Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, High rise with Basement Building Construction Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and Monitor the construction work of project (Bangladesh Bridge Authority Residential project) and ensure progress as per design and drawing.
∎ To make total work flow chart of the project
∎ To make monthly budget of the project
∎ To be responsible for whole operation of the project
∎ To make coordination with the procurement team to fulfill all the demand of material of the project
∎ To regulate & direct the Project Engineers for daily work target to be achieved
∎ To give weekly as well as monthly report of the project to GM.
∎ To attend in the project meeting with the Govt. Authority & give brief of the project work flow.
∎ To maintain inventory report of the store regularly & submit to GM.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in government building construction projects.
∎ Experienced in working with consultants, contractors
∎ Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
∎ Ability to work under pressure and physically fit
∎ Adequate knowledge on Microsoft project, Auto CAD and related software

Salary: Negotiable
