∎ Diploma in Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execution of Projects at site level with detailed practical and hands on site experience.
∎ Prepare project timeline, stage-wise deliverables and associated tasks.
∎ Distributing Drawings, Technical Specification, BoQ and other documents to the contractors for execution of the works.
∎ Collect field measurement data and verify as per drawing and practical measurement.
∎ Preparation of the project schedule.
∎ Review project plans and specifications and execute work accordingly.
∎ Have confidence in own ability and intelligently communicate with design team / client / Department.
∎ Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis.
∎ Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings with head office management. Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings.
∎ Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of HSE are properly being implemented throughout the Project.
∎ Maintain and enforce good construction standards and enforce overall site quality control.
∎ Control and monitor - labor, material and equipment management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 42 years
∎ International level construction work experience will be given preference.
