∎ Age 24 to 27 years
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating SOPs and reports.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Monday.com) and reporting software.
∎ Experience using fleet management or logistics software.
∎ Familiar with Microsoft BI or Tableau as a preferred skill set.
∎ Ability to analyze large data and visualize them using different tools.
∎ Familiarity with trucking industry standards, compliance requirements, and operational workflows.
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Has no further study plans for the next 2/3 years.
∎ The task requires spending full hours (8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. including break times), we recommend only those who have that patience and work accordingly for the long run.
∎ The applicant should have a computer with good configuration, power backup, and stable high-speed internet connectivity.
∎ Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ SOP and Documentation:Write and maintain clear and detailed SOPs for various processes.Draft task instructions to guide team members in completing their responsibilities effectively.

∎ Task Management and Follow-up:
∎ Follow up with team members on their assigned tasks.
∎ Monitor task progress and report bottlenecks to Project Manager.
∎
∎ Project Reporting:
∎ Assist in preparing detailed reports on project status, progress, and outcomes.
∎ Track KPIs and report them to the PM for actionable adjustments.
∎
∎ Administrative Support:
∎ Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document key action points.
∎ Organize project documentation to ensure easy access for team members.
